First things first. Yesterday morning we had quite heavy fog when I got up to have my coffee and go for a walk with the dogs. Walking along the pony trail beside our house I noticed that all the spider webs were sparkling from the dew drops that were left behind from the fog. After breakfast I grabbed my camera and went in search of some photo opportunities with my macro lens. The little white flowers really are quite small, possible 3mm, and are from my basil plant (which needs pruning). The photo that below shows dewdrops caught on a spider web. I have rotated the image to show the cubby house that has been reflected in each of the drops. It isn't as sharp as I'd like it, but I'm still happy with it. It's quite hard to hand hold a macro lens and also deal with the breeze.
And now onto the daily prompt.
I was contemplating what it is that I do to relax, and really, I basically enjoy most things (well apart from housework!), but I do find it relaxing to be out watering plants, playing with the dogs, checking the chickens, taking photos. So I guess for me it came down to what I do at the end of the day when all the day's work has been completed. A row of dark chocolate, an episode or two of NCIS or another series, followed by reading a book on the kindle app on my iPad.
